My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms, though well-lit and with easy A/C control, were not as clean as expected from a 5-star hotel and seemed quite small. On the bright side, the staff went out of their way to accommodate me, even arranging a shuttle to the airport. The location was very convenient, especially being near Suvarnabhumi Airport.
